Development

Product development at Zehnder Pumpen is carried out using the latest methods and technologies. In addition to the use of CAD, flow simulations by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) are also used to ensure optimal functionality of the product. Furthermore, 3D printing methods are used in the preparation of prototypes and enable fast and efficient implementation.

Manufacture

We manufacture in Germany and rely on regional suppliers to guarantee short delivery times and the best possible quality. We use state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies in our factory, such as ultrasonic welding, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. In addition, we are constantly investing in new and innovative manufacturing processes to ensure that we can continue to supply our customers with a product of the highest quality.

Technical support

Everything we do is focused on our customers. We do our best to advise you personally and competently on your questions and concerns regarding our products, their installation and maintenance. Our field service also renders advice on projects directly on site. We act flexible for specific projects and adapt to the special requirements. You can rely on us to provide you with a quote within the shortest possible time.

Sales

We have a vigorous sales team that works both in the office and in the field. We attach great importance on close coordination with our customers in order to best meet their needs and requirements. To this end, we work closely with our production planning department to produce and deliver products on time according to our customers' wishes. Our sales team is always available for our customers and provides them with uncomplicated and convincing support.

Logistics

Our company is based in the idyllic German town of Grünhain, but is nevertheless active all over the world. We supply customers in over 70 countries on all continents. It does not matter whether it is a small package of spare parts or a huge sea freight container - we make sure that the items leave our shipping department on time and arrive safely at the customer's premises. Due to digitalised logistics processes, we keep track of all orders at all times and guarantee a high reliability of delivery.

After-Sales-Service

Zehnder pumps are no disposable products. In our own workshop we carry out all repairs to our pumps and systems. Often, repairs to our pumps and systems make economic sense thanks to the moderate prices of our spare parts. Defective parts are replaced quickly thanks to the high availability of spare parts. In addition, we provide our customers with consulting services to help them carry out maintenance and repairs.
